Late fee: 5 minutes late- $10.00 late fee 10 minutes late- $15.00 late fee After 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. Cancellations: You must cancel within 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged 50% of your total. 48 hours required for rescheduling if you’d like to use your deposit. If you reschedule after that 48 hour window you have to put another deposit down as your original deposit will not be refunded or reused. Deposits: NON REFUNDABLE If you book your next appointment with me directly without a deposit and cancel, you still owe the deposit and will be charged.
